ATS provides structured support for workplace concerns and worker counselling. Services are available on-call and on-site to resolve issues professionally.
ATS conducts follow-ups during the initial employment period to monitor well-being, adaptation, and workplace integration.
ATS supports employers in renewing Work Permits, S Passes, and Employment Passes in a timely and compliant manner.
(For foreign workers: ATS manages end-of-employment arrangements, including repatriation, work pass cancellation, and return of work pass cards to MOM.)
ATS provides employment contract translation (including Mandarin) and assists with MOM-related documentation for both local and foreign hires.
